1. Do I need to create an account to place an order? 
While you can checkout as a guest, creating a SCULT account allows you to track your orders, save multiple addresses, and access "Member Only" discounts on our collections.

2. How do I know if a product is in stock? 
All items visible on the website are in stock unless they are marked with an "Out of Stock" badge.

3. Are the colors of the products accurate?
We aim for 100% accuracy; however, due to different screen calibrations minor color variations may occur.

4. How do I choose the right size for Tee? 
Each product page features a Size Guide. We recommend measuring the person height and chest and comparing it to our chart, as sizes can vary between brands.

5. What types of products do you sell?
We offer a wide range of Street wear like oversized tees, regular tees at very genuine price.

6. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

7. What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), and popular Wallets.

8. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? 
Yes, we offer COD on most pin codes in India. 

9. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Absolutely. SCULT uses 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure your payment data is processed through secure, industry-standard gateways.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
10. How much are the shipping charges?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹399. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied.

11. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed in 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

12. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track it directly through the "My Orders" section on our website.

🔄 Returns & Refunds
13. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for clothing and home items. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

14. How do I initiate a return?
Log into your account, go to "My Orders," select the item, and click "Return/Exchange." or mail us at Support@scultwear.com. Our courier partner will pick up the item within 2-3 days.

15. What if I receive a damaged home essential or the wrong size?
We apologize! Please email us at support@scultwear.com with a photo of the damaged/incorrect item within 24 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately.

16. How long does it take to get my refund? 
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, the refund is initiated within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

17. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been shipped yet. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
